One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at

Chose this hotel based on the rankings in a popular website. But it was a terrible decision. Though it is located near the bus stand of tirupati I cannot really find anything good to write about this. The reception manager pretended as though he cannot speak either English or Hindi. Just a few hours later I could overhear him speak in almost fluent hindi and english. The room was big (only plus point) but very dirty. The linen was torn and dirty and the room boy refused to change it. We had paid additional amount for the extra person but no bed sheets or bed spreads were given for the same. The bathroom was very dirty, had many cockroaches and there were no toiletries. Upon insisting we were given a small medimix soap. There was only one torn towel which was provided to us when requested for. The air conditioner worked (fortunately) but the room boy had to place a bucket underneath to collect the water dripping from it the whole night. The information provided by the hotel staff regarding the darshan at the temple was also misleading. Free wifi speed was average. There was no hot water in the bath room.

Good hotel for medium budget, well mentained hygene, only little bit disappointment pertaining to room service. If you want stay near Tirupati Railway station and do not find AC room in Vishnuniwasam of TTD, this hotel is right infront of it.. even u can get easy conveyence for Tirumala
